What is PayOn?
PayOn is an e-commerce platform that enables anyone to sell digital products, courses and memberships directly to their fans and followers.
How do I receive payouts?
First you’ll need to go through our Stripe onboarding process. It’s super simple and easy and will take just up to 1 minute. Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Payouts to start the onboarding process. During the process you’ll put your Bank Account or Credit Card to receive payouts. Payouts happen automatically once every 24h to your preferred Bank Account or instantly to your Credit Card in any currency you want in over 150 countries.
Are my digital products safe with PayOn?
Your files are safe with us, we have stringent security in place so that your customers will only get your digital products only if they have paid for them. In addition, the download link will expire and can not be used by anyone else.
How secure is Payhip?
PayOn is secure. We don't store card details - all payments are handled by Paypal and Stripe.
What file formats do you support?
We support ALL file formats. This includes audio files, video files, text files and any file with any extension.
Can I sell other digital downloads on PayOn?
Yes. You can also sell music, fonts, comics, sewing patterns and many other digital items on PayOn.
Do you provide marketing and User Acquisition?
